The time has finally come to pay homage to Montana Ale Works, one of Bozeman’s best restaurants year in year out, but this year just happens to be their 25th anniversary. All five owners – Mark Taché, Christin Cooper, Sean Faris, Roth Jordan, and Jacob Huder – sat down with us to talk about all the things that have changed and all the things that have stayed the same since they opened their doors March 16, 2000.
